ITI-USA is a tax-exempt 501(c (3) nonprofit corporation, organized to request donations and make grants to educational institutions that promote Catholic teaching about marriage and family.

We were founded by friends and benefactors of the International Theological Institute (ITI) in Austria, and this school has been the major recipient of ITI-USA grants.  As required by U.S. tax laws, ITI-USA is autonomous, established according to state law, and it has its own directors, officers and staff.
